1. HOW DO I PURCHASE?

We offer the option to upgrade an Organization, Team, or Workspace you belong to. “Accounts” are free and tied to individuals (your name, email addresseses, photo). Your first step is to create an account for yourself, then create or join an Organization for your company or a Workspace if you don’t qualify for an Organization. If you want to be the billing owner for your company, you would then upgrade your shared Organization, Team, or Workspace.

1.　有料プランへの変更はどのように手続きすればいいですか？

Asanaでは、あなたが所属するチーム、組織、ワークスペースをアップグレードするオプションを用意しています。

アカウントは基本的に無料で、あなた個人(名前、メールアドレス、写真など)に関連づいています。

まず最初にすることは、自分用のアカウントを作り、組織かワークスペース(組織要件を満たしていない場合)を作るか所属するかします。

会社の請求の担当者になる場合は、組織(もしくはチームやワークスペース)をアップグレードします。

2. SHOULD I UPGRADE MY ORGANIZATION OR MY TEAM?

Most companies purchase their entire Organization. Premium Organizations offer administrator rolesand all premium Teams. Team upgrades are sometimes right for teams in very large companies. If you’re a small to medium sized company you should purchase the Organization.

Upgrade your entire Organization if you want administrators for your company and premium features for all Teams.

Upgrade just one Team if you don’t need administrators or premium features for all Teams, but want to add more Organization Guests to that Team, want per-project permissions in that Team, or the option to hide that Team from other Organization Members.

 

2.　組織やチームをアップグレードする必要がありますか？

実際には、多くの組織で組織全体のアップグレードを行っています。
アップグレードしてプレミアムプランの組織にすると、管理者権限とプレミアムチーム機能が提供されます。

とても大きな企業である場合など、「チームをアップグレード」するほうがよいケースはときどきありますが、中小規模の企業の場合は組織をアップグレードするほうがよいでしょう。

管理者権限が必要だったり、すべてのチームでプレミアム機能を使いたい場合は、組織をアップグレードします。
管理者権限を必要としていなくて、全チームでプレミアム機能が必要ないんだけれど、組織のゲストをもっとたくさんチームに追加したい場合、チーム内でプロジェクトごとのアクセス権を設定したい場合、他の組織メンバーからチームを隠すオプションを使いたい場合などは、チーム単位でアップグレードします。

 

3. SHOULD I USE A WORKSPACE OR AN ORGANIZATION?

If you qualify to use an Organization, you should. Learn how to create an Organization here.

From your individual Asana account, you can create or join as many Organizations or Workspaces as make sense for you. You navigate between these via My Overview.

Use an Organization for your company’s projects if you have a company email address associated with a unique domain on your account. For example, if you’re using Asana at your work, Acme Co., you would create an acmeco.com Organization. Be sure to add your work email to your individual Asana account.

Use a Workspace if you are using Asana for personal goals and tasks, or for work if your company does not have a unique email domain (often the case for those working at a university).

Use both if you’re working in Asana at your company and you want to use Asana for outside interests, too.

 

3.　ワークスペースか組織を使うのは必須事項ですか？

組織を使う資格がある状態であれば、組織を使うことは必須事項です。
組織の作り方はこちら。

個人的なAsanaアカウントから、必要なだけの組織やワークスペースを作ったり所属したりでき、"My Overview"からそれらの間を行き来することができます。

会社ドメインのアドレスをアカウントに登録しているなら、会社のプロジェクトを管理するのに"組織"を使います。
例えば、Asanaを「Acme社」の仕事に使うなら「Acme社」という組織を作ります。

AsanaアカウントにAcme社ドメインのメールアドレスを登録しないといけないことに注意してください。

個人的な目標ややらなければいけないことにAsanaを使っていたり、仕事で使ってはいるものの会社ドメインがない場合（大学での仕事によくあります）は、ワークスペースを使います。

会社の仕事にAsanaを使うのも、外部の利害関係者との協働に使うのも同様です。

 

4. I HAVE 16 MEMBERS. DO I UPGRADE TO THE 15-MEMBER TIER OR THE 30?

We offer Asana for free for teams of up to 15 people. Once you are in a position to upgrade, you pay for everyone in your Organization, Team, or Workspace. Therefore, if you have 16 Members, choose the 30-Member option and stick with it until you grow to 31.

 

4.　16人メンバーがいる場合、15人か30人までのプランかどちらが必要ですか？

15人までなら無料で使えます。アップグレードすると、組織、ワークスペース、チーム全員分の人数で計算します。

したがって、16人いる場合は30人までのプランにし、31人になるまではそのまま使います。

 

5. CAN I ACCESS A FREE TRIAL?

We do not offer free trials for premium Organizations, Teams, or Workspaces. We offer Asana for free for teams of up to 15 people and allow you to upgrade and downgrade your Organizations, Teams, or Workspaces at any time. You can learn about premium features in the Asana Guide.

 

5.　無料お試し期間はありますか？

プレミアムプランのお試し期間はありません。
代わりに15人までなら無料で使え、いつでもアップグレード・ダウングレード可能です。

6. WHAT KIND OF PERMISSIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PREMIUM VERSION OF ASANA?

You can learn about permission options in Asana here. Basically, if someone can see something, they can edit it, but you have the option to keep things private. The only additional option you’ll see in a premium Organization, Team, or Workspace will be the ability to set a project private to a small group of people (as opposed to an individual).

 

6.　プレミアムプランではどんな種類のアクセス権がありますか？

こちらでAsanaのアクセス権について詳しく記載があります。
基本的に、「表示される」場合には「編集」もできますが、
自分だけが表示できるようにプライベートにすることができます。

 プレミアムの組織、チーム、ワークスペースでのみ表示される追加オプションでは、小さなグループ専用のプライベートなプロジェクトを設定することができます。

 

7. ARE THERE STORAGE LIMITS?

No. Create as many tasks and projects and upload as many files as you need. They do not expire. Note that there is a 100MB limit per file uploaded directly to Asana, but you can always upload viaDropbox, Google Drive, or Box.

 

7.　容量制限はありますか？

特に制限はありません。必要とするだけプロジェクトやタスクをつくり、ファイルをアップロードでき、保存の有効期限もありません。

ノートに添付するファイルは1ファイルあたり100MBまでですが、ドロップボックス、グーグルドライブ、ボックスなどのオンラインストレージ経由でも添付可能です。

 

8. WHAT ADDITIONAL SECURITY FEATURES DO YOU OFFER FOR PREMIUM?

9. CAN WE HAVE A DEMO BEFORE WE UPGRADE?

We do not currently offer product demos for each team looking to upgrade, but we work hard on educational materials for your review and will continue to expand on them in the future. These links to the Asana Guide will get you started:

  • Getting Started (contains a short video as well as a link to an hour long video series that many customers have cited as the key to a quick start)

  • Explore (discusses using Asana for meetings, how to get your team on board, etc.)

  • Workflow in Asana (a common Asana use case)

  • Organizations (learning all about Organizations is a great starting point)

You may also consider Grovo, an outside, unofficial resource.

 

9.　プレミアムプランにアップグレードする前にテストすることはできますか？

現在のところ、アップグレードに際して事前のテスト環境を用意はしていません。
しかしAsanaチームは熱心にマニュアル化に取り組んでおり、将来にわたって増やし続けます。
